It's a Fashion Revolution
This Fashion Revolution week marks the 6th anniversary of the devastating Rana Plaza factory collapse, which killed 1,138 people and injured many more in 2013. A movement that encourages millions of people to ask brands #whomademyclothes and demand greater transparency in the fashion supply chain.
All good things began with a passion to support small labels offering quality made products while also having a connection to their makers and the ability to be more hands on in following their supply chains. One of our goals was to make these great labels accessible to consumers and offer them the opportunity to buy better and demand change within the industry. So this week we have picked the brains of some of our favourite retailers 'who sell your clothes' and ask why choosing to stock ethical labels is so important.
Fashion Revolution goes from the 22nd-28th April. Follow. Get Involved. The more people who ask #whomademyclothes, the more brands will listen.
